What are the challenges with transcription?<\/h2>\n

The transcription process is defined by three steps: listening to the recording, understanding it and transcribing it. In this rather painstakingly slow process, it takes an average of 1 hour to transcribe a 15-minute long audio recording. In some cases, video or audio recordings can be corrupt or of poor quality. In such cases, we strive to achieve more accurate results by improving the sound recordings by using specialized programs. However, in cases where the sound recording is of incredibly poor quality, the transcription duration may need to be extended. If the recording requires special expertise to transcribe, the transcription process can also be challenging.<\/p>\n
