These days advanced communication technologies allow participants from all over the world to gather online and hold meetings, symposiums, interviews, and conferences on any topic over the internet. These events, where speakers and listeners who are usually physically present in different environments, come together online via special software and applications that enable online meetings with large participants. When a need arises for remote interpreting for these events, the interpreter can participate in the meeting as a participant or as an interpreter, and provide remote simultaneous interpreting or remote consecutive interpreting services within the means provided by the meeting\u2019s platform.<\/p>\n
