Our company has the ISO 9001 certification and is the first translation company in Türkiye to have the ISO 17100 Translation Services Management Certificate; the only globally recognized management certification in the translation and localization industry. In order to meet the quality demands of our customers and provide them with a high-quality service, we apply worldwide quality standards to our translation processes.
What is the ISO 17100 Quality Certificate?
Previously known as the EN 15038 Translation Services Management System Certificate, in 2015 this indicator of quality in the translation sector was updated and renamed by the International Organization for Standardization as the ISO 17100 Translation Services – Requirements for Translation Services Certificate. The ISO 17100 quality certification specifies the requirements necessary in order for linguists and translation agencies to deliver quality products and provides the customer with assurance that the required steps are being taken during the translation process.
EDU Çeviri received the ISO 17100 certification from TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) for its resource management and quality standards and fulfilled requirements for other processes in translation services, a first in Türkiye.
What is the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate?
In March 2011, EDU Çeviri was awarded the ISO 9001 conformity certificate. ISO 9001 is a quality assurance system audited and certified by TSE that sets out various conditions and procedures that companies should apply when establishing quality management systems.
Imposing requirements in many different aspects such as quality management system, customer orientation, production and service processes, personnel and planning, ISO 9001 is the most reputable certificate in today’s business world, where customer satisfaction has priority.
